• Introduction to Mediadisk
• Logging in
• Searching for publications
• Understanding the publications screen
• Searching for individuals, including freelancers
• Adding private data to existing contacts
• Creating lists
• Changing contacts within a list
• Adding notes to contacts
• Creating tasks
• Adding private contacts or publications
• Using Cision's distribution service
• Printing labels and reports
• Exporting into Excel or Word
